本頻道旨在說明國際勞工組織(ILO)公布的11項辨識強迫勞動的指標。這11項指標以《強迫勞動公約》(第29號)為基礎,源自於《打擊強迫勞動特別行動計畫》的理論和實務經驗。

This channel aims to explain the 11 indicators for identifying forced labor published by the International Labor Organization (ILO). These 11 indicators are based on the Forced Labor Convention (C29) and derived from the theoretical and practical experience of ILO’s Special Action Program to Combat Forced Labour (SAP-FL).

  • Abuse of vulnerability
  • Deception
  • Restriction of movement
  • Isolation
  • Physical and sexual violence
  • Intimidation and threats
  • Retention of identity documents
  • Withholding of wages
  • Debt bondage
  • Abusive working and living conditions
  • Excessive overtime

These indicators will help us identify whether forced labor is a problem in the workplace around us. Dr. Bonny Ling from Work Better Innovations in the UK, Prof. Yu-Fan Chiu from Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) and You-Lian, Sun from Taiwan Labor Front are invited to elaborate on these 11 indicators to us in each episode.
